MOLA Enterprise Plan
This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between J.H. MOLA Business Support Ltd, having its principal place of business at Christou Kefaloniti 15a, 8025 Paphos, Cyprus (“SaaS Agency”), and the subscribing party (“Subscriber”).
The SaaS Agency agrees to provide the following services under this subscription:
Activation & Setup: Activation, installation, and configuration of MOLA Business Solutions Enterprise for the Subscriber.
Consultation & Training: Unlimited consultation and guidance on maximizing the platform, including one (1) hour onboarding call and additional training sessions via Zoom.
Subscription Features: Access to features such as Reputation Management, Database Reactivation, Chat Widget, Unified Communication, Social Media Automation, Online Calendars, AI Conversation, Voice AI Agents (if available), WhatsApp Integration (extra cost apply), Social Media Planner, Ads Launcher, Websites, Funnels, Membership Area, Email Campaigns, Unlimited Automations, Users, and Contacts.
Support & Updates: Onboarding support, 24/7 live chat support, free setup, and free updates.
The subscription shall commence on the subscription start date and shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year (“Initial Term”).
At the end of the Initial Term, the Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms (“Renewal Terms”) unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term.
Monthly Fee: $500, payable in advance on the 1st of each month or on the subscription start date. The fee is for one sub-account on MOLA.
Payment Method: A Credit card is required for external service charges
Late Payments: Payments overdue by more than seven (7) days incur a 5% late fee. If unpaid, the service may be paused.
Wholesale Rates & Additional Usage Costs
The Subscriber will receive access to wholesale rates on external services such as email, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and AI usage. Example rates (as of September 2025) are:
Phone Calls (outbound): $0.0168/minute (~595 minutes for $10)
Phone Calls (inbound): $0.0102/minute (~980 minutes for $10)
Emails (send/receive): $0.0008/email (~12,500 emails for $10)
WhatsApp Conversations: $0.0888/conversation (~115 conversations for $10), cheaper rates for any reply within 24 hrs.
Email Verification: $0.003/verification (~3,335 verifications for $10)
Artificial Intelligence Usage Rates:
Content AI: $0.108 per 1,000 words | $0.072 per image (~92,595 words or 140 images for $10)
Conversation & Voice AI: $0.024 per message | $0.156 per minute voice call (~415 messages or 65 minutes for $10)
Funnel AI: $1.188 per funnel (~10 funnels for $10)
Additional Terms:
Fees are based on October 2025 rates and may change with notice.
Additional carrier fees (e.g., SMS carrier surcharges) may apply.
Subscriber must maintain a minimum wallet balance of $10, which will be auto-recharged based on usage.
MOLA Services do not include:
Custom CRM modifications outside the predefined package.
Additional programming, which may be requested separately and invoiced based on mutual agreement and pre-defined cost estimation.
The Subscriber agrees to:
Use the SaaS products lawfully and in accordance with this Agreement.
Maintain confidentiality of account credentials and notify the SaaS Agency immediately of unauthorized access.
By Subscriber: With thirty (30) days’ written notice.
By SaaS Agency: For violation of terms or non-payment.
Subscribers may request a refund within thirty (30) days of initial subscription. Usage-based external costs are excluded from refunds. Refunds are processed within fifteen (15) business days.
Subscribers may cancel anytime by written notice to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Subscribers may upgrade to higher-tier plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately upon approval, and new pricing applies.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.
10. Data Use & Ownership
All customer data entered, stored, or processed within the SaaS platform shall remain the exclusive property of the Subscriber. The SaaS Agency will not share, sell, or disclose such data to any third party, nor will it use the data for any purpose other than to provide the services requested by the Subscriber. The SaaS Agency acknowledges that 100% ownership and control of the data remain with the Subscriber at all times.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
Amendments: Must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
