Are there setup fees?

No. Setup is included in the monthly plan. We do everything for you — Day 1 to Day 7 — and you pay $297 (or $349 for Diving) starting the day Rachel goes live.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month. You can cancel any time, with one month's notice. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.

How does the 30-day refund work?

If Rachel doesn't recover at least one customer's worth of revenue in 30 days, you email us, we refund every cent. No phone calls, no exit interviews, no "are you sure" emails.

What's the difference between Core and Pro?

Core covers a single business line in one or two languages — perfect for ~95% of clients. Pro is for businesses with multi-location call routing, more than two languages, deposit-collection in-call, or group / multi-attendee booking flows. If you're not sure which fits, the audit will tell you.

Can Rachel handle calls in languages other than English?

Yes. Core includes English plus one additional language. Extra languages can be added for $50/mo per language, or bundled (up to 4) on Pro. More languages on request.

Will Rachel replace my front desk staff?

She supports them — she doesn't replace them. Rachel is your overflow at busy times and your cover when staff aren't there. Most teams find their existing receptionists end up doing more meaningful work, not less.

What if Rachel doesn't know how to handle a call?
