MOLA provides an AI Concierge package — a voice-AI receptionist (named "Rachel"), a chat concierge, missed-call recovery, follow-up automations, and review-generation tooling — configured for your business by our team. The service is sold on a monthly subscription.
Every new subscription is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you tell us within the first 30 days that the service isn't right for you, we refund the most recent monthly fee in full. After that initial 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle but can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals.
Rachel is an AI voice agent. We design every deployment so that, when a caller asks whether they are speaking to a human or an AI, Rachel discloses that she is an AI assistant working on behalf of your business. You agree not to disable or work around this disclosure rule.
The service is designed to help you capture more calls, leads, and bookings — but actual outcomes depend on how the system is configured, how your team uses it, your industry, and your call volume. Results depend on implementation and usage. We do not guarantee specific revenue increases, conversion rates, or call-handling outcomes.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same calendar day until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid month remains active.
All software, prompts, voice configurations, scripts, dashboards, and brand assets that make up the MOLA service remain the property of J.H. MOLA Business Support Ltd. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business while your subscription is active.
To the maximum extent permitted by Cypriot and EU law, MOLA's total liability arising from or related to the service is capped at the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost profits, or lost goodwill.
We may suspend or terminate the service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the system in a way that puts our infrastructure or other customers at risk. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Paphos, Cyprus, unless local consumer-protection law gives you a stronger right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
